worst customer service in the world.you tell them you've been on hold 50 minutes, no response.

they don't care. actually was on hold 30 minutes. then got some woman who listened to me for a minute, then transferred me and i was on hold for 20 more minutes! then, they order parts, which takes them days for some reason, and tell you you'll hear from the service tech when he gets the parts to then set up an appointment.

all in all, expect to be without your computure for 1 - 2 weeks. Do not use this service. do not buy after market warranty from Sam's Club as they contract to Nexicorp.

Absolutely, the worst customer service you've ever experienced.If you want a warranty, buy it from the manufacturer.

Monetary Loss: $1200.
